Skyphaze analyses URLs, domain reputation and behavioural signals to detect fraudulent websites and suspicious campaigns in real time.
Founders of SaaS, e‑commerce and affiliate projects use Skyphaze to keep their users away from fraudulent sites.
These Terms of Use for the Skyphaze service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you as a user and the operator of the Skyphaze service ("we", "us", "our") when you use our web application, API and related services (collectively the "Service"). By accessing or registering for the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
To use the full functionality of the Service you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect a breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
You may only use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, you must not:
Skyphaze provides analysis of URLs, domains and related signals in order to detect potentially fraudulent or risky websites. The outputs (such as "Safe / Caution / Risk") are based on data and models available at the time of the query and do not constitute a guarantee that a website is entirely safe or entirely malicious.
The Service is intended as a decision‑support tool. The final decision whether you use a URL or recommend it to your customers is always yours. We are not liable for any damage that arises because you follow (or do not follow) the outputs of the Service.
If you use a paid version of the Service, fees may apply according to the current price list. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable, except for the refund window described below.
If you are not satisfied with the Service after your first payment, you may request a refund no later than 24 hours from the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the official contact e‑mail address listed on our website. After this 24‑hour period you are no longer entitled to a refund, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not warrant that the Service will be continuously available, error‑free or that it will detect all fraudulent or risky websites.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
Our aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid us for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limitation.
We may modify, improve or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time, for example for security reasons, technical development or to reflect changes in legislation. We may also update these Terms. We will inform you about material changes in an appropriate way (for example by e‑mail or in‑app notification).
If you continue to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If we are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts according to the registered seat of the Service operator.
The Service and any information it provides do not constitute legal, financial or security advice. You should always assess the suitability of the Service for your specific use case and, where appropriate, consult your own legal or security advisers.
